With a wide range of services that include, 24 gym access, crèche facilities, full customer service access, an extensive small group training program , along with a huge amount of group Ex, Breathe caters for all.

To complement  the gym area, Breathe also offers squash, a pool area and outdoor training facilities, and tennis court. While this is most impressive, what really scored the big points, is the community based health programs that are offered free to groups who in need of this support, but may not have the means to access these programs otherwise.
